A custom app is worth it when the same rules repeat, several people are involved and data passes from one place to another. When an existing product already solves the problem, the analysis tells you so.

Our own project · live since June 2026
A web platform for couples and wedding suppliers. One complete flow: the couple creates the invitation, guests reply online and the list of replies updates itself.

In 1-3 weeks we put the process on paper: how you work today, who is involved and where the exceptions are. If an existing product already solves the problem, we tell you. The analysis is the first step of the project: if we start the build within 90 days, its price is deducted in full.

We work under a contract with deliverables and acceptance criteria. You pay for the build in three instalments, agreed before we start.

Testing included
We have over 15 years of experience in software testing, including on projects for Sky, Vodafone and Hilti that we contributed to. Automated tests check exactly the rules that matter in your app.
(06) After launch
The app has to be able to carry on without us. That is why we agree from the start what you get and what you pay.
It depends on the rules, the number of roles and the integrations. That is why we start with the analysis: at the end you get a fixed price for each build stage, and the price of the analysis is deducted from the build if we start within 90 days.
We set out in the contract the rights we transfer to you for the code written for you. You get access to the code, and the components used under licence are documented separately.
Yes. We hand over the code, the documentation and access to the accounts agreed in the quote. We document the installation, the backups and the data export, so another team can carry on.
We estimate hosting, maintenance and external services for your app, separately, in the build quote. You see the recurring costs before you approve the build.
We propose a server in the European Union, for example at DigitalOcean in Frankfurt, where we also host our clients’ websites. We tell you where the data and the backups are kept.
We work under a contract with deliverables and acceptance criteria. The analysis is paid in two instalments, at signing and at handover. The build in three: 30% at signing, 40% at the first working version and 30% at handover.
We work with companies, so the prices in the written quote are without VAT, and VAT (21%) is added when we invoice. You get a contract and an invoice from Stridebytes Consulting S.R.L.
If we process personal data on your behalf, we sign a data processing agreement. We agree who has access, which providers we use and what happens to the data when we stop working together.
For 60 days after each stage is handed over, we fix free of charge any defect against the accepted specification. After that, maintenance covers what we agree in the quote, and for new features we send you a separate estimate.
Send us the programme guide and the list of approved expenses. We prepare the technical proposal, and you check eligibility with your consultant and the funder before we start.
